1. How long have you worked for Lovett Care / Twyford House?
Since January 2020
2. What is your favourite part of your role?
I have always loved my job, and I am passionate about ensuring that anyone living in the home always receives superlative care and support. I am a “people” person and enjoy supporting my team members to maximise their potential, creating strong, long-standing teams who can then deliver better care. Seeing people living in the home happy and fulfilled on a daily basis is the favourite part of my role.
3. What do you like to do outside of work?
I spend most of my time with my very close family and friends, including our Twyford House puppy Dolly who you all meet. I love cooking, baking and interior design. I also enjoy a good book or detective drama.
4. What feature of Twyford House are you most excited about?
Twyford House is spectacular in all areas. I will be excited to see people coming into reception and enjoying a relaxing time in the café area. I am also excited by the amazing social spaces inclusive of private dining room, library, therapy room, cinema etc.
