Raul Bruj

Assistant Manager

Raul Bruj is Assistant Manager at Charlotte House. He originally joined the team as a Care Assistant in 2015. Since then he has progressed from Nurse to Clinical Lead, and now to Assistant Manager.

Raul is passionate about providing high levels of care and very much enjoys seeing new residents settle into their new home at Charlotte House.

1. How long have you worked at Charlotte House?
I have worked at Charlotte House since 2015.

2. What is your favourite part of your role?
Charlotte House is such a positive place to be! While we all take our roles very seriously, we love spending time chatting with residents, having fun with them and sharing in their memories and life moments. There is nothing better for me than seeing our residents happy and enjoying their day.

3. What do you like to do outside of work?
I love travelling and experiencing different cultures. I’m also quite an active person. I enjoy walking, going to the gym, meeting with friends and trying out new activities whenever I can!
