1. How long have you worked for Lovett Care / Twyford House?
I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to start my current role this June, just in time for the opening of Twyford House.
2. What is your favourite part of your role?
Providing person centred care. I love to work with people to ensure that care is tailored to their individual needs which includes promoting and facilitating hobbies and occupations which people enjoy. My goal is to make sure that everyone I care for is happy, contented and enjoying every minute of their day.
3. What do you like to do outside of work?
I really enjoy gardening and baking. I also spend much of my spare time with my two beautiful children, particularly supporting them with their sporting activities. One of our favourite pastimes is motorcross.
4. What feature of Twyford House are you most excited about?
I love the fact that Twyford House has so many social spaces for people to enjoy, so that there is something for everyone, and the planned links with the local community. I feel excited to be involved in the creation of a team for a new home where we can grow and reach our full potential.
