Nichola Birkett is General Manager at Regency Care Home. Originally starting as Deputy Manager at the home in 2016, Nichola was quickly promoted to General Manager. Coming from a family of nurses, she always felt a career in health and social care was her calling, spurring her on to first work as an auxiliary nurse before completing her training. Over her 18 year career, Nichola has worked as a registered mental health nurse in a variety of hospital settings before moving to the private sector. Nichola has a passion for delivering person-centred care, especially at end of life, taking great pride in advocating for residents and supporting families through such difficult times in their lives.
