Minerva (also known as Mines) is Home Administrator at Charlotte House. Originally from the Phillippines, Mines moved to the UK eighteen years ago after completing a Bachelor of Science in Administration, majoring in Marketing and Management. She has since completed an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care, NVQ Level 2 in Administration and Level 3 in Management.
1. How long have you worked at Charlotte House?
I have worked as Home Administrator at Charlotte House for around 15 years.
2. What is your favourite part of your role?
I am very organised and thoroughly enjoy working in such a busy environment. I love every part of my job because no day is the same. I also get the opportunity to interact with lots of interesting people from all walks of life.
3. What do you like to do outside of work?
When I am off work, I love spending quality time with my family, especially my two young children. I also love cooking, baking and travelling the world.
