1. How long have you worked for Lovett Care / Twyford House?
I am very pleased to have been given the opportunity to commence my role as Twyford House Home Manager in October 2020.
2. What is your favourite part of your role?
I am passionate about promoting independence and building confidence in our residents. All care and activities at Twyford House are person-centred, and my favourite part of my role is supporting residents to enjoy doing the things that they love.
3. What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I really enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. Connecting and being social is so important, and there’s nothing better than taking the time to relax in the company of your favourite people.
4. What feature of Twyford House is your favourite?
My favourite feature of Twyford House is the number of spaces for residents to enjoy. Larger rooms like the Bistro and the Terrace bar are fantastic for social events, while there are also areas for quiet activities, meditation and reflection, such as our wonderful library.
