I have worked within the health and social care industry for over 20 years in many different positions and in diverse environments including community, hospital and social care. I have successfully completed BTEC level 2+3 in Health and Social Care, NVQ level 2-4 in Health and Social care and an NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management, all helping to give me an exceptional knowledge & understanding of the health & social care industry. I have demonstrated a lifelong commitment to health and social sector driven by my determination to provide exceptional care and a compassion for the residents in my care.
