Founded back in 2009, Lovett Care has been operating care homes in Stoke on Trent for over a decade. With a strong reputation in the care industry, we pride ourselves on creating a “home from home” environment which enables residents to live life to the fullest, whatever their age or condition.
We understand that everyone has different requirements, which is why we offer a variety of care options, from long-term residential placements, to day care or short-term respite care options. Working closely with the NHS Royal Stoke University Hospital we can also deliver assessment and ‘step down’ provision for both re-enablement and support in returning to home.
Whether short or long term, for anyone spending time in our care, we pay close attention to their needs. Always making every effort to foster a sense of community and homeliness through regular activities and events, high quality facilities, and a team of professional carers.
We also work in partnership with Newcastle under Lyme College to assist in the education of the next generation of carers so that they can complete their courses with valuable and practical experience.
Our Care Homes
As a local family run group, we’re proud to care for the elderly people within our local communities. Our portfolio currently consists of five care homes, Hilton House in Penkhull, Goldendale House in Tunstall, Twyford House Care Home in Alsager plus our newest additions Charlotte House in Bebbington and Regency Care Centre in Manchester.
Although each home retains its own unique individuality, you’ll still find the same high standards of care delivered by our dedicated team.
Across each home, we provide 24-hour residential and dementia care within purpose-built facilities which have each undergone significant investments in recent years. We also offer day care and respite care.
All our homes are also equipped with only the best modern facilities, from tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms, to spacious social spaces and landscaped garden areas.
A Window into Life at Lovett
As a family run group, we understand that choosing a care home can be difficult decision for residents and their loved ones. This is why we invest in getting to know each of our residents personally, taking the time to understand who they are and where they have come from. We understand the importance of building genuine relationships whilst also achieving the right balance between being supportive but also encouraging independence.
Each resident within a Lovett care home is always treated as an individual, with regularly updated care plans, customised menus depending on dietary requirements and activities to promote a healthy and happy lifestyle, giving residents and their families the peace of mind they deserve.
Each week residents are invited to engage in regular social activities to strengthen relationships and enhance their emotional and physical well-being. Of course, if a resident wants to relax with a cup of tea in peace that’s also perfectly fine!
Put simply, our aim is create a “home from home” environment which leaves residents feeling happy, safe, and comfortable.
About The Lovett Care Team
Expert care provision is delivered across all our care homes, by a very experienced and dedicated team, some of which have been with us now for 10 years. We carefully select each member of our team to ensure that we can deliver the highest quality of care across each of our locations.
Further to this, our interactive dementia training and bespoke support is delivered by the Company’s Dementia Lead. This ensures that each and every one of our members of staff is up-to-date and appropriately trained to deliver personalised, effective dementia care. This targeted method of care is updated and monitored regularly to suit the requirements of the resident.
Within each home, our highly experienced Directors and Home Managers are on hand to listen to staff, residents and family members, offering advice, support and companionship. If you are facing difficulties or need advice and reassurance when choosing the right care home for your loved one, our team will take the time to discuss options and can advise you with compassion and transparency.
We’re proud to be a small family run group which continually makes big investments in our teams training and development, our systems and processes, our facilities and the homes themselves.
